Prepare to have a blast! We are located right next to Omni Fitness Club at 2339 5th Avenue Moline, IL 61265 you can find us by our window logo as well as U-Haul signs. Guests and children* are not allowed. We respect each of our clients privacy and pride ourselves in being a non-judgmental studio, with this we only allow clients to be at the studio during our class times. If your guest would like to see what all the fun entails we kindly ask that they view our videos and pictures via our social media accounts. You've booked your first class, now what!? It's time to get sweaty! Bring a water bottle with you to take out onto the floor. We give the option for you to wear high tread shoes or yoga socks. You'll want to wear leggings or long biker shorts, a full length shirt (no crop tops), and a good supporting sports bra. You may want to use the bathroom prior to your session as well. (Pro Tip: Black clothes hide sweat the best! You can also add shorts over your leggings for additional padding.) *Children 14 and older are allowed to sign up for classes with parental permission. Parental supervision is required if under 18 years old.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment/harness fitting/one on one please let us know as soon as possible. We have a 24 hour notice policy for any cancellations, unless there are certain circumstances that we allow such as doctors notes, death certificates, etc. Our appointment slots are limited, due to this we do not allow refunds only reschedules will be honored if you give at least a 24 hour notice. Please note a $10 fee will be applied to your card for any no show classes. To avoid this fee try your best to reach out to us if something arises and you are unable to attend your booked class.
